Debit Card Services

All of the debit cards issued by Marion State Bank are protected by SecurLOCK Equip.

SecurLOCK includes 2-way texting to alert cardholders of potential fraud and allow for their response.  

SecurLOCK Equip

Full control is just a few taps away on any mobile device with SecurLOCK Equip.  This mobile app lets you control when, where, and how your debit card is used.

SecurLOCK Equip Features:

  • Receive instant transaction alerts

  • View recent transactions

  • Set you debit card Inactive if lost or Active when found

  • Set spending channels Active or Inactive (in-store, online, mobile or ATM)

  • Set transaction spend limits

  • Set locations where the card can be used

Please ensure Marion State Bank has your current phone numbers on file so you can be reached by FRAUD PREVENTION SERVICES in the event of a suspicious activity on your debit card. To update your phone numbers, please contact or visit Marion State Bank.

TRAVEL NOTIFICATION -- If you will be traveling internationally or outside of the state, please contact Marion State Bank. We will make sure your card works without interruptions during your travel.


Reporting A Lost or Stolen Card

If your debit card is lost, stolen or you suspect unauthorized use, please notify us immediately at:

During Bank Hours:

Call the Bank at (830) 420-2331 or (830) 914-4504. Banking Hours are Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 3 pm, Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 12 noon.

After Bank Hours (including weekends and holidays):

Call the After-Hours Lost & Stolen Card Line at 888-263-3370.
